Our order process is conducted by our authorized reseller, Paddle. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all purchases and handles payment, billing, tax, subscription cancellation, and refund-related support. Keavur remains responsible for product and technical support.
Refund Policy Overview
At Keavur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for SaaS subscriptions purchased through keavur.com.
By making a purchase from us, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply to purchases processed by Paddle. Keavur additionally provides the 14-day refund right described below. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Where applicable law or Paddle's policies provide greater protection, that greater protection will apply.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked. To request a refund:
- Provide your order number or the email address used for the purchase so the transaction can be located
- Submit the request through Paddle or our support channel at [email protected]
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
- Within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable except where applicable law or Paddle's policies provide otherwise
- To cancel, use the "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction email, visit paddle.net, access your account settings, or contact us at [email protected]
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle transaction email, visit paddle.net and select "Request refund," or email [email protected] with your order number
- Keavur will confirm the request under this 14-day policy and ask Paddle, as Merchant of Record, to process the refund
- Paddle will return the refund to your original payment method where possible, generally within 14 days of approval
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
